Inside the Red Light Room
The red light room is tucked in a cozy corner at the back of the salon. Open air and natural light create warm,welcoming vibes in this intimate space designed for relaxation and wellbeing.
Body wipes, earplugs and hair ties are available for your visit, along with simple instructions to keep everything easy and seamless. The space is set up so you can step in, relax and enjoy.
This is a self-guided space and intentionally simple so you can move at your own pace, making it easy to fit into your day.

Before You Begin
Red light therapy is non- invasive and generally well tolerated. If you have any concerns please check with your healthcare provider before your session.
Use protective eyewear. Eye protection is provided and recommended during each session. Never look directly into the light.
Keep skin clean and product-free. Avoid heavy lotions, makeup, or products that may increase light sensitivity before your session.
Hydrate. Drinking water before and after your session can support circulation and recovery.
Consult your provider if needed. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, a history of light sensitivity, epilepsy, active cancer, take photosensitizing medications, or have any other health concerns,check with your healthcare provider before use.
Listen to your body. Red light therapy should feel warm and comfortable, never painful or overly hot.
Red light therapy is not a medical treatment.

By booking a session, you confirm that you’ve reviewed the information above and feel comfortable proceeding. Red light therapy is a wellness service, not a medical treatment, and participation is always your choice.
How it Works
Secure the door behind you using the top latch followed by the turning the lock below.
Remove the towel from the top of the bed and place it on the bench or table.
Gently open the bed and press the start button at the end of the top panel on the right. A 15 minute timer will appear on the little screen. You’ll hear the fans turn on but the session has not started yet.
Undress to your comfort level. If you are coming from a sweaty workout, or would just like to clean up a bit before you lie down, body wipes are available.
Grab a pair of blackout goggles. You may also listen to music, a book or podcast while in the bed. It’s best to choose something relaxing. Earplugs are also available to shut out any excessive noise from the salon and can be kept for your next sessions. Hair ties are also available :)
When you’re ready, lie down (with your head at the right end of the machine) and locate the start button above you. While keeping your finger on the button, place the goggles and close your eyes (it will be bright!). Press the start button and gently close the top of the bed.
Relax for 15 minutes ❤️The bed will automatically shut off. The fans will continue to run for a few minutes after the session has ended.
Please take a moment after dressing to wipe down the bed, goggles and headrest using the cleaning solution and paper towels provided. If the fans have stopped before you go, please place the towel on top over the fans to keep any hair and dust out.
